The location was perfect, within the city center and easily accessible/walking distance to major tourist attractions. The property was complete with everything...could not ask for more.

I liked a lot the location because it’s near everything and the gran via is a good spot also to go out at night so you don’t have to take ubers

Small but cozy apartment. Great location. Everything you need for a vacation is there. Excellent price quality!!! The pictures on the booking are true. But in the pictures, the apartment seems a little bigger. .

You have to be a little economical with hot water, it runs out and then heats up only after a certain period of time.

Location and comfortable bed

The location was excellent. Clean - in so far as the cleaners had done a good job, but the sofa was filthy and there was lingering cigarette smoke in this 'non-smoking' apartment.

The bed and pillows were awful. Extremely uncomfortable. The property smelled of cigarette smoke. The sofa was filthy - like it had been picked up from a dump - I didn't like to even touch it.

The location is good, the place was clean. The person letting me in was only 10 minutes late.

The amenities were poor. The bed was uncomfortable and the plastic mattress protector and bottom sheet were too small for the mattress. The kitchen was badly equipped with a fridge whose door opened the wrong way making access difficult. There were only two glasses and no tea towels. The bath/shower was positively dangerous with access past a fixed screen at the sloping end of the bath. The ceiling was hazardously low but luckily I only hit my head four times. The place was full of useless stuff- lots of blankets in a chest and wardrobes, three floor lamps in the bedroom, sixteen wall lights! But no airer if you washed clothes or ironing board. Or brush with a handle to sweep the floor. The agency running it are called "Mad for rent". How appropriate! They were not mad for providing a decent service.

Great location in City Center though not too noisy. Was cleaned well.

The room smelled a lot from smoking by previous visitors. It got a bit better after a few days.
