Great location. Plenty of street parking

Hot water heater takes awhile (1-3 hours) to be ready. Just be mindful of how much you’re using

La calefaccion funciona muy bien

La limpieza. Las rejas de la calefaccion hace como 200 años que no se limpian. Ventana del comedor(es un bajos) no cierra,inseguridad maxima. El agua caliente no alcanza para dos duchas.

Las instalaciones estaban bien, la cocina muy equipada. La chica que nos atendió fue muy amable y nos aconsejó que ver y hacer en Olot

Le faltaba un poco de limpieza y estaba lejos del centro, 30 minutos a pie
