amazing staff. super helpful, kind, and gave us a bottle of aigua de valencia. the place suited all of our needs. right by the metro. easy bus into the city center. the price is so reasonable for what you get (especially if you split with a group of friends)

the lighting is very bright and white. it’s intense and there isn’t really an option for soft warm lighting at night

Good location between downtown and the beach. Near metro station and busline. Quick responses from owner. Plenty of room for storage. Well equipped kitchen. Hair dryer. Iron. And the necessities.

Noisy at night. Thin walls.

The location is really good. We could move by metro without any difficulties. The place is big, beds are confortable. The price is ok. Bienvenida was really kind and very helpfull

"Exceptional and Spotlessly clean"

Excellent location and spotless clean. It was near valbenici bike park. 15 mins cycle to city centre and 20 mins cycle to beach. Also ery near Metro station. Lovely and quiet and very clean with plenty facilities in the appartment. Near local shops and pastry shops and bodegas. Every one was so friendly. I would definitely come back here again and the lady who gave us our key and showed us around was very friendly.

Great location! It’s spacious, kitchen is well equiped, very quiet most of the time.

Beds need updating (mattresses should be changed soon). Owner promised to update as soon as he can which is a great thing 👍🏻

Very spacious place, with tree bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen. All the necessary stuff for children and babies. Ideal for families. Ground floor is also good when on holiday with a lot of baggage. Possible to pay a small fer to have a parking place 10 min away

It's very hard to park around the area, but you can pay for a space
