Starting with location , a very nice place just 1.5 km distance to Playa Las Americas and about 1 km distance to Siam Park, and finishing with the value for money considering the location was close to every kind of activities , everything was fabulous Quiet place, beautiful apartment, free parking on the site just opposite our apartment, so, yes absolutely magnificent

it was clean and in a quiet location

A lot of steps to climb. Never got any sunshine on our balcony. At times there was a lot of hammering and banging from the building work immediately below our apartment.
