I really liked everything about the place. Everything was clean and comfortable, and it was very close to the beach (within a 10-minute walk).That's exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely book it again in the near future.

Very convenient and quiet location, close to the beach and only a bus ride away from the historic city centre, very friendly and helpful hosts, very comfy apartment with everything you need, .. we loved it!

The host was very nice to wait for me when I was delayed. The apartment is very spacious with everything you need including food and beverages, that was a nice extra. It is a relatively short walk to the beach, but it is located a one hour walk from central Valencia. It was easy to get to using the metro from the airport. There was some construction going on, which did prove to be a little loud in the bedroom. I would definitely return for another visit.

I would change the word "beachfront", as the fine print says it is closer to a half mile walk to the beach. The bathroom was not problem as a long room with two separate parts and a third door to go into the room which was glass but could have been covered if it was an issue.

Above all, the disponibility! Our flight arrived at 9 a.m. and at 10.15a.m. we were already at the property. They were expecting us and we are very gratefull for that! Further more, we had already there water, milk, coffee, some fruits, etc. It was very easy to reach any point of interest in Valencia. Very clean, comfy and good taste. We loved our stay and we are planning to go again! Many thanks!
