La última habitación no tiene ventilación por lo que es muy caliente aún así con el ventilador es imposible dormir ahi pero es cuestión de acomodarse en el resto de la vivienda

Location

We are 4 ladies from Glasgow and rented this apartment last week. Each of us were completely shocked by the condition of the building and very disappointed with the flat itself. The building is unfit for purpose as its undergoing serious renovation work. It is shored up by an enormous steel contraption running from ground level right through the building to the roof. This needs to be circumnavigated to access the stair well. In the entrance the tiles and stair treads are broken, loose and dangerous. This area is also used as a store area for renovation equipment. The dust and dirt is thick in keeping with the fact it’s a building site. The real fun began when the workmen arrived. We felt as though the ceilings were going to fall in as debris and dust fell into the back bedroom and kitchen from above. The noise was deafening; in keeping with a building site. It is dated and shabby. 2 bed bedrooms were relatively well decorated. The 3rd contained a bed with a thin and unbelievably uncomfortable mattress. The 4th could only be described as monks cell: tiny, spartan and dark with a broken chest of drawers. The bathroom décor looked like it dated back to the 1970’s. The tiles were stained and grubby. I won’t bore you with the details. Suffice to say it was awful. The window opened onto the building carcass. Looking down through the missing floors to the ground level; in keeping with a building site. This could be described as the only redeeming feature. It is very central, surrounded by restaurants and bars and a short walk to the beach. Unfortunately, even this has a downside. The flat sits above a nightclub that generates noise till four in the morning. Sadly, sleep is not an option. We feel very sad leaving such a poor review for someone’s business. But their description of the flat in no way reflects the reality. It is a building site. At best it’s a complete mess, at worst its dangerous.

The apartment was in a great location. It's a very big apartment there was 5 of us and there was loads of room. Beds were very comfortable. It could do with being updated but it was fine for us as we weren't in it very much.

There was work going on in the apartment above us so the workmen would be in every morning so there was alot of noise from that.

The location

-It is being renovated.?? -The entry way needed more lighting -the floor tile was loose when entering -The shower and toilet was too close -The bathroom had no ventilation -When the bathroom window was open, you looked out to construction piled up -when using the washer/dryer, you see more construction trash outside -the linen in one bedroom did not fit the mattress -the shower leaked(had to use towels to soak up the water)

Great Location. Pleasant apartment. Fully stocked kitchen. Washing machine and drier with available detergent. Nice bathroom. Very affordable price. Decent noise canceling windows. TV is available.

Noisy clubs near location. Host does not speak English.

150€ cash at the arrival that you don’t find out about until after you pay for your stay only one bath very cold inside, no heat. One AC in a Room but not enough for the apartment. The bedrooms have a window between them that does not close. The host got us out at 7 a.m even if I told her that the airplane has a delay and we have to stay until 10 o’clock. very noisy neighbourhood. Club under the apartment

The location was very good to visit local attractions and close to transport links. Close to shopping areas and beach. The owner was very accomodating in letting us into the apartment early and again letting us keep our luggage in the apartment on our departure day as had a late flight home. Overall had a lovely city break.

Just to be aware if staying over the weekend the apartment is next to bars with music.
