Apartamento Puerto Marina

La propriétaire bienveillante, très bonne emplacement à 2 min des plages, du port, des restaurants et cafés, commerces et transports à proximité, Très belle piscine avec son gentil.et souriant maitre nageur, vraiment je recommande

Dobrý poměr výkon/cena v daném období a místě. Možnost ubytování pro 5 osob, včetně samostatného mini pokojíčku s lůžkem pro babičku. Byt v 1. patře, takže rychle dostupný. Klíče předávané ve schránce na dveřích. Vybavení (TV, WiFi, lednice, pračka, mikrovlnka, varná konvice, 2plotýnková sklokeramická deska, výkonná klimatizace, slunečník). Pěkná a čistá koupelna s velkým sprchovým koutem. Skvělá komunikace s majitelkou - na požádání zapůjčeny plážové židličky, obratem vyměněna porouchaná konvice. Poloha ubytování 3-5 minut od pláže. Ubytování do poměrně rušné ulice (odbočka z hlavní k maríně), což nám vyhovovalo pro možnost sledovat "místní život". Celkově jsme byli s ubytováním a komunikací velmi spokojeni.

Rozkládací pohovka v obývacím pokoji pro 2 osoby je dost malá (tipuji 130-140 cm na šířku), ubytování by bylo komfortnější pro 4 osoby, ale naše 2 děti to zvládly bez problémů. Matrace na postelích příliš měkké - zřejmě už dost proleželé. Nemožnost regulace klimatizace do různých místností různě - zatímco v ložnici už byla dost zima, jinde by bylo třeba ještě o nějaký ten stupeň teplotu snížit. Odpoledne peče slunce na terasu a do oken - nutné zatemnění. Nekonečná cestička mravenců "faraonů" na podlaze v kuchyni, ale navzájem jsme si nevadili a žili jsme v symbióze :)

Like the location, also in the kitchen has that you need. Has got a parking.

Was noisy as is on the main street. Wasn't so tidy and clean. Pictures on the advert are a bit confusing. Some pictures need to be deleted as the furniture are not there.

location was perfect, apartment had everything we needed and the pool was fantastic. less than 5 minute walk to the marina, pretty central to everything but still quite at nighttime.

The location was perfect central to everything. The host met us at the apartment she was nice and friendly lots of instructions in the apartment ( very helpful) Tea bags and condiments and lots of utensils etc if you want to cook. The pool area was very good with loungers 2 euro and a cafe bar ( very good food) Powerful shower and plenty of hot water ( but felt it needed a deep clean one in and door was shut )

The towels were awful, stained and old. Some were dirty which I put in the washer. The furniture was old mismatched and uncomfortable, in bad repair. The fridge was rusty Curtains did not open and close properly. Crockery had to be checked and washed before use because they had been put away dirty. The double bedroom had no window The single was very small ( we didn’t use) but the curtains did not block out any light. Sofa bed in room was uncomfortable to sit on did not use it to sleep. Too much furniture on the balcony to be able to easily sit and enjoy, big cigarette burn in the middle of the table. Disappointed that others reviews have not mentioned any of this ?
