Really cute, clean and well provisioned . In the heart of city

Unfortunately it sits above restaurants and is so noisy even with shutters closed it’s hard to sleep. Party land to about 2.30am each day.

Affordable apartment located in the centre of the city, closer to the Setas, and about 25 minutes from Plaza de Espana. The room is well equipped

Apartamentul este foarte frumos amenajat, nou si bine utilat. Locatia este foarte buna, fix in centrul orasului, in jurul a zeci de restaurante. Chiar daca la parter exista cateva terase care pot fi usor deranjante din cauza galagiei, nu am de reprosat nimic pentru ca ne-am simit extraordinar sa fim in centrul orasului, la cateva minute de Las Setas, catedrala sau Plaza de Espana. Este utilat cu masina de spalat, plita electrica, fier de calcat si masa de calcat, aparat de cafea si toate ustensilele necesare pentru a gati. Dusul intradevar poate fi incomod pentru cineva mai inalt sau bine-facut dar te poti descurca daca lasi usile deschise la dus. Recomand restaurant Alfalfa pentru crevetii in sos de unt si barul de jos de la parter, Bar el Rincon pentru preturi foarte bune pentru bautura si tapas. Cafea : Jester, Muy Coffee.

Totul a fost perfect.

the flat we booked had an issue with air conditioning on a day reaching 42 degrees. after a couple of hours and a lot of patience we called ssistance (Manuel was super): they came in 10 minutes and at the end we were accommodated in another apartment, higher standard, in another area of the city (closer to the center). despite the initial issue we were very happy about the new accommodation and very thankful to Manuel for taking care of us

we lost one whole afternoon of our short holiday because the air conditioning was not checked / switched on before we arrived.
