Das Appartement war sehr geräumig. In der Küche war alles vorhanden. Sauberkeit war okay großer Balkon und es gab Außenjalousin

Das Bett war sehr weich und durchgelegen. Auch das Sofa.

El apartamento es muy completo y limpio. Cafetera y tostadora para el desayuno, cocina completa, lavadora. Dormitorio muy amplio. La ducha es fantástica. Aire acondicionado e internet funcionan perfectamente. La ubicación es muy buena. La piscina es fantástica

Durante el día hay bastante ruido porque la terraza da a una calle con trafico

The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood and 10 min walk from the nearest beach. The host is super friendly and always willing to help. Parking is also easily accessible.

The entrance door doesn't isolate 100% so you may hear the neighbors walking past the hallway but it's not a major inconvenient.

Location was in a quiet area of Marbella but within easy walking distance of beach, restaurants, Marbella old town .

A little noise from the street below on a morning but we were out most of the time so didn’t effect us

Nice roomy apartment with all mod cons, clean bedding etc.

Access information on arrival (difficult to find at first but access was easy enough once located)

The cleanness and how vibrant the apartment was and all available facilities.

The shower wasn't operating correctly ie it's not plumbed in correctly, you have to turn colder on the valve to get hot water. I have mentioned this to our host and he is aware of it. There wasn't continual hot water when showering and you had to keep adjusting the valve. Also you should provide extra towels and shower mat and bed sheets for the length of stay. Apartment should be cleaned every 3 days by cleaners. If all this is included it would be a perfect stay.

Clean, bright and well appointed. Good, quiet air conditioning. Lovely bathroom with good towels (and beach towels). Bed comfortable with nice linen. Good TV access. Overall a very nice apartment. Fantastic gardens and swimming pool in the development which is well run. The location is outstanding near many restaurants and beach.

A bit of TLC needed around the apartment especially some of the electric points need to be looked at and the extractor fan needs a cover. There was no plug in the hand basin. The apartment overlooks the road (also another block looks into the balcony) at the back of the development which is busy during the day however it was quiet at night. This didn't bother us as we were out most of the time.
