Apartamento junto al Guggenheim con parking gratuito

Todo estaba limpio, en el apartamento había todo lo necesario. Hay una carpeta con instrucciones detalladas sobre la calefacción, Internet, etc. El apartamento tiene una ubicación excelente, cerca del centro. Gracias

This apartment is in a great location. Friendly, quite neighborhood. The apartment was quiet in the evenings.

We arrived at the apartment at the prearranged time to pick up keys (between 1615 and 1630), time was at owner's request. Short story -, I was outside the aprartment, on the street, in the drizzle, illegally parked for the next 90 minutesl waiting for a key that would work in the apartment door. I texted the owners many times, but only recieved vague responses, and I got the impression I was an inconveniencr to them. Someone showed up eventually, did not introduce themselves, - if they were the owners I have no idea. I have rarely been treated with such disrespect. There was construction in the entryway/stariway, which was not a problem. The problem was that the apartment was filthy from consturction dust. I could not walk around the aprtment without shoes. Going to/from bed and bathrrom required a towel by the bed to clean my feet before crawling back into bed. Towels, bedding, bed itself, pillows, kitchen items, etc all gave the imprpession of being the absolute cheapest the owners could purchase. Cheap and uncomfortable. One recommendation would be to get decent durtains in the windows. We has to leave the light off in the bedroon since the thin gauzy curtain allowed anyone to see in clearly if lights were on in the bedroom. This apartmebt has potential for being a very nice rental. However, the problem with dirt from construction needs to be addressed, Spending a few euros on comfortable bedding, rowels, lamps, curtains, etc is needed, Also, the hosts need to take a course on basic hospitality in dealing with customers.

Tolle Lage - Stadt fußläufig zu erreichen, Metro-Station um die Ecke, sehr nette Hosts. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft

Für uns war sie ideal.

Great location, close to Zubizuri bridge and 10-min-walk to Guggenheim, supermarket right in front.

- the entrance of the building including door of apartment is a complete construction site. This was not communicated before. -The Apartment was dark and very humid. Towels could not dry. -small bathroom, there were hairs on the wall -Paint peeling off in the living room and bathroom -Ceiling lamps don't fully go out, they are still radiating light in the dark. -for what is on offer we found the price to be very high

Voor een 4 persoons appartement zou het fijn zijn om 4 comfortabele zitplaatsen te hebben. Omdat wij met 3 personen waren was dit voor ons niet zo belangrijk
