Super location and spacious apartment. Rooftop is wonderful!

Roof terrace was lovely . Full sun all day which is great in the winter months. We didn’t cook or use the kitchen , but was very smart & great fridge freezer . Location was great for us. A short walk to the cathedral & so many restaurants & bars on the doorstep. Great authentic atmosphere in the surrounding neighbourhood. Modern apartment which is good for 2 people . All amenities like close by. The highlight is the roof terrace tho and that was why we booked this property. Bruno, the property manger sent the check in instructions and access was a smooth transaction

I did point out a few things which are minor & DID NOT spoil our trip that needed addressing, however, these things have been reported in previous reviews over 1 & 2 years ago & are still an issue. Bruno assured me they will be fixed & asked for a good review of which I am giving overall. Issues are… dirty stained pillows, broken slats on roof terrace & corner of bed not very ‘shin’ friendly . Towels & bedding are of a poor standard . Base sheet on bed far too small & 2 small thin towels for a 6 night stay not adequate for 2 people. Hairdryer works intermittently & the front gate security code given is not needed as it just opens without. As I said , did not spoil our trip but I feel the need to point out as so many previous reviews have.

Posizione centralissima,struttura bella e molto comoda funzionale in tutto e super gentile e disponibile il signor Bruno,la consiglio molto.

literie non confortable- étandage à linge cassé - manquait panier essoreuse salade- pas de passoire - problème avec lave linge - il faudrait un rideau fenêtre cuisine pour chaleur et lumière

La ubicación excelente, la decoración singular y con muy buen gusto y sobre todo la cordialidad, disposición y eficacia de Bruno, que solucionó al instante cualquier duda que se nos presentaba y ayudó en todo momento. Gracias Bruno!

Localisation parfaite, standing de l’immeuble et de l’appartement, terrasse privée, appartement propre et moderne

Une seule remarque : la literie pourrait être un peu meilleure

The roof patio is better than the pictures. Spacious "long" layout. Corkscrew provided. Quite clean and well taken care of. Communicative host.

Perfectly situated in vivid surroundings, but still a quiet place to rest

Just Some minor details might need a renovation.

The location is good, and the views from the rooftop are amazing, it was brilliant to have that. It’s a nice apartment fairly new, great layout and great for two people.

It feels like it needs some touch ups and a deeper clean, the tap needed fixing whilst we there there and wooden floor on the balcony was broken, I actually fell because of this.
