Fijn verblijf! Mooi appartement.

Hier en daar was het nog een beetje vies..

Mooi netjes en schoon appartement. Ook goede service, en extra handdoeken en nieuw beddengoed tijdens ons verblijf.

Het zwembad was niet altijd even schoon

The location is fine and the apartment has a decent amount of space. That is genuinely where the positives end.

The bed is the biggest issue. It is a solid wooden slat frame with nothing but a thin soft topper on it. No real mattress, no support. I woke up feeling like I slept on a plank. The furniture throughout is cheap and flimsy, nothing close to what the word luxury implies. When I complained and asked to check out early, the response was a flat no with zero effort to understand the problem or offer a solution. There is no front desk so everything goes through WhatsApp and phone calls, which makes it very easy for them to avoid accountability. I had to contact Booking.com twice to get reimbursed for the remaining nights.

The apartment was stunning, it had everything you need and even a washing machine if you were planning to stay longer than a few days. Full kitchen facilities, and a very large fridge/freezer. I could not fault it. Air-con was perfect and even had blackout curtains in the bedroom. And most importantly the rooftop pool and chill out area! If I return to Valencia, I will definitely booking again!

I loved everything about it, location was perfect!
