Apartment itself was lovely . Couldn't fault it

The apartment was advertised as easy access for people with limited mobility . Which was confirmed when I asked the question of accessibility for myself as I can not climb any stairs . It came as utter shock and stress to me when I arrived at the property only to find I had to climb three steps to enter the building . . So anytime I entered or left the building I had to be assisted by two people which was highly degrading , embarrassing and dangerous .. Then when you enter the building there are a further 7 steep steps so every time we enter or left the building my wife had to lift a heavy wheelchair up and down those stairs . The only thing provided for my disability was a chair lift for those steps . It was an absolute nightmare. This property in no shape or firm should be advertised as accessible for people with limited mobility . If I had known how unaccessible this property was I would never have booked it ...

Muy buena ubicación, todo estaba cerca y piso muy bien amoblado

El aire acondicionado no enfriaba, al ser 5 personas por la noche hacía calor :(

Close to the beach, good for money

Not clean, even though we had to wait 1-2 hours extra before we could get in the apartment for cleaning it was really dirty

"Excellent spacious clean and modern apartment in a fantastic location"

A really beautiful and well kept apartment, clean and spacious even when all three bedrooms were taken. I didn't appreciate how high the apartment was and from the photos expected a ground floor apartment. We were a little concerned about the noise from being too close to the action, but being on the 5th floor (there is a lift) was perfect. Fantastic spot to sit with a glass of wine and people watch.

There really wasn't anything we disliked and if I was forced to be very picky it would be that there was only one wine glass. I suppose parking 'could' be an issue in the height of summer but that seems to be an issue everywhere Torrevieja. so it should put you off.
