The apartment was in a great location a good size located a 15 minute walk away from the square which was ideal. There were restaurants and bars on your doorstep if you didn’t want to go to the square. Had everything you needed while on holiday eg hairdryer, iron, ironing board and much more. The balcony was a sun trap in the afternoon. The owner Fran was lovely and very accommodating and allowed us to stay on beyond check out as we had a late flight home. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

The apartment is located in a traditional 1970's low rise complex. The majority of the apartments are residential with some holiday lets. The pool and gardens are stunning and kept really clean by maintenance teams, the pool itself is fabulous and suitable for all ages, it does have a small park and shallow side to the pool but i would say its too quiet for families. The apartment itself is on the first floor accessible by stairs only. It is as the pictures show, dated. Although immaculately clean, it needs to decide whether to remain traditional or embrace modern. A mix of old bulky wooden units alongside modern Ikea wall units makes the place looked messy, which is a shame. The rooms are light and airy but the old wood patio door is a bit of a struggle to open fully. The outside terrace is a sun trap in the afternoon and is protected from the notorious Costa Teguise Breeze. Yes it does have a pool view but only a slither of one. Unfortunately your eye is drawn to the 'ugly' roof of the adjoining restaurant, and the road infront. Doesn't bother me, but it definitely will to some. The apartment caters for everyday essentials, but lacks obvious ones, a bread knife, bread board etc. It would also benefit from a warning sign regarding the temperature of the hot water, its boiling within seconds, do be aware. Also an information file would be great, such as emergency numbers, fire routes, how to work the digibox! The large dresser in the hall is full of brochures that need throwing, tourist guides from 2015 aren't much use now, and small things like these make the apartment feel dated. All in all I really enjoyed my stay, but i just wish the owners would decide on its decor...because the two styles definitely do not mix well.

The location, there are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The centre is only approximately a 10 to 15-minute walk away. With shops, bars and restaurants. The beach is only a short walk away from the complex. The apartment is clean and tidy with plenty of room, and the balcony is ideal for enjoying the sun.

We had a great holiday, so there was nothing to dislike.

Fran the owner was extremely helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was everything we needed. Location was perfect

The patio door was sometimes difficult to open and close.

Very nice apartment with all the amenities needed. Fran was a wonderful host, always available to answer our questions and offer advice. Definitely looking to book again in the future.

Sometimes would get loud at night if the window in the bedroom was open due to quite busy road nearby although place had a fan so could keep the room cool
