MOJACAR HOME AND BEACH

The location close to the beach and a sea view. All the other amenities were within walking distance. The location was the best asset.

Where do I start. Cheap broken furniture and tired bed linen. Broken and old kitchen units. No plug in the bathroom basin so could not shave. No plug in the bath so my wife could not bath. Coffee table leg broken so was unsteady. No door handle on the bathroom door. No proper light fitting in the kitchen just bare wires and a bare bulb giving a terrible light at night. The worst thing was the old wall hung gas boiler to heat the water. No instructions and the ignitor was broken so had to be lit with a match. Plus there was holes in the boiler flue which is probably why an old electric extractor fan close by was permanently on and couldn't be switched off so could not have the bedroom window open. Lastly the apartment was not thoroughly clean so a disappointing stay.

Great location, fab restaurants and bars nearby, very large apartment, impressed with how much space there was inside, great terrace with fab views of the beach right across the road, very clean, easy parking right outside, good fast communications with the very helpful and friendly owner. Would definitely stay again..

Had a problem getting the hot water to work but the owner sorted it out immediately which was great.

such a great location, all clean and had all we needed.
