Hostly Placentines Catedral

We were excited to visit Sevilla and chose this hotel/apartment because of its central location, which is indeed convenient for exploring the city. The place itself was relatively clean and nicely presented.

However, we were very disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding a major issue: the extreme noise at night. The apartment is located right next to a very busy pub that stays open until 2am every day. Even after closing time, groups of people would linger outside, continuing to make noise well into the night. Just a few hours later, in the early morning, garbage trucks would arrive to collect bottles—making even more loud noise and leaving us with very little rest. What’s most frustrating is that this is clearly a known problem — the apartment even had earplugs provided, which shows the host was fully aware of the situation. Yet none of this was disclosed in the listing or mentioned at check-in. Had I known in advance, I would have seriously considered canceling the booking and staying somewhere quieter. But by withholding that information, the host took away that option. When we raised the issue, the host told us they were fully booked and offered no alternative or compensation. The response felt dismissive and unhelpful. Overall, the lack of honesty and care really affected our experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values a good night’s sleep or expects transparency and professionalism from their host.

Yatak çok küçük. Klima bozuktu çalışmadı. İnanılmaz gürültü vardı sabaha kadar uyuyamadık.

Property was lovely,very stylish,perfect location right in the centre of Seville,lovely cocktail bar next door and lovely restaurant opposite,despite being in the centre the noise wasn’t an issue everywhere went quieter from 11pm ,no noise could be heard.Communication was great and entry to the building was easy ,would definitely recommend and return 😊

Bagno con porte di vetro (trasparente). In generale c'erano alcune cose rotte o poco funzionali.

Fabulous apartment. Beautifully decorated and very well equipped. We had an upgrade as our booked apartment was having some work done. Everything was clearly communicated so we knew what to expect. The upgrade included the use of the rooftop terrace (with a great view of the Giralda) and pool. This was so useful given the temperature (even in September 😂).
