"Excelente ubicacion pero falta limpieza"

La ubicacion sin duda

Falta de limpieza, los muebles tenian polvo, uno de los cajones tenia migajas de tostadas. El suelo sucio. Falta menaje, unos manteles o bases para la mesa. Unas servilletas o rollo de cocina tambien estarian bien. Entre las habitaciones no habia puerta y tampoco entre el salon y una de las habitaciones. Me parece que para lo que ofrecen y la ubicacion que tiene está un poco descuidado.

Ubicación

No estaba reformado como ponía en las fotos al seleccionar apartamento ( 2 C ) , te pone las fotos de los áticos reformados, piso crujiendo terrible, cocina y electrodomésticos muy viejos, sofa incomodísimo y baño fatal y piso mal en general para el precio.

La ubicación es excelente. El apartamento , muy bien

En realidad , lo que sí me pareció un poco incómodo, fue el ruido que hacía el suelo al pisar. Pero repetiría si tuviese que volver a Valladolid

"Yo no lo cogería otra vez"

El suelo cada vez que pisas se oye mucho toda la tarima a la noche te levantas y despiertas al compañero la televisión sabiendo que no funcionaba ni me llamaron ni la arreglaron

Que la televisión no funciona las camas blandas y te undías para el medio

"Decepción total por múltiples motivos"

La ubicación

La dificultad para obtener la llave del cajetín. No funcionaba ninguno de los canales de TV; le envías WhatsApp al quien te ponen para atender y no responde. Desde las 8:00 haciendo obras en los apartamentos colindantes del mismo edificio, con ruidos inaceptables y sin haber avisado de ello con anterioridad. No hay ascensor y podían avisarlo antes de reservar.
