La localización es inmejorable, en la misma Plaza Mayor de Valladolid, ideal si vas en transporte público y quieres visitar la ciudad. Si vas en coche no lo considero cómodo. Las instalaciones son modernas y adecuadas, el apartamento daba hacía el patio interior y no había nada de ruido.

Puedo destacar que en el apartamento que estuve yo no había mucha luz natural, pero al dar hacía el patio interior no había ruidos molestos del exterior.

Está reformado hace relativamente poco, pero lo mejor es la ubicación.

No tiene ascensor y el termo de agua para la ducha es pequeño, mejor dejar un tiempo entre la ducha de una persona y la siguiente.

"Bonito pero muy oscuro"

Decoración muy bonita, camas y almohadas muy cómodas, muy limpio.

El apartamento 1D es muy oscuro. Todas las ventanas dan a un callejón de apenas 1 metro de ancho con las paredes en mal estado. Da muy mala sensación y no abrimos las cortinas en ningún momento. Además en el salón hay una puerta que comunica con otro apartamento y se oye todo.

"Estandar, un poco caro"

Apartamento estándar, las habitaciones con camas normalitas. La cocina no hicimos uso pero estaba bien equipada. Fácil acceso y comunicación con el propietario.

Solo un baño, un poco antiguo y no excesivamente limpio.
