Muy bien ubicado. Cerca de las playas y supermercado. La propietaria es majísima y está disponible para cualquier problema que se presente. El barrio muy tranquilo. Una experiencia genial.

Todo, 👌☺️comodidad, cercanía a la playa y al centro del pueblo, buena ubicación, mascota 🐕 genial con el césped y amabilidad del propietario.

I liked the location and the garden very much. Also the arrangements for access where perfect. Parking in front of the door and supermarket across the road was very nice.

The appartement gets a bit outdated. Some tiles are broken and bathroom needs an update in the bathtub. Also having a half role of toiletpaper when entering the appartement feels a bit poor. Wiuld also be nice to add a carpet in the living room or bed room. Floor is very cold in February.

We live in Javea and booked the apartment to use while our family was with us. For us the location was very good, as was the parking. The bedroom, sitting room and bedroom were spacious and the air conditioning units gave off enough heat to keep us warm over New Year. We really appreciated the garden for our dog. The price was fair for Javea.

This is a very basic apartment. Many floor tiles are cracked, rust stains in the bath, cupboard in bathroom disintegrating, light not working in kitchen, sofa bed for main seating uncomfortable with broken zips, poor quality single bed sheets on two single beds pushed together, rusted lounger in the garden, lack of basic supplies for a 9 day stay. Living nearby we were able to bring our own. If the place had a complete refurbish it could be lovely.

Dog friendly, very easy check in and out and location was perfect to walk to everywhere.

Kitchen is a bit lacking in utensils.
