La situación y el estado

No está insonorizado y se oye todo lo que pasa y se dice en el piso de arriba, además estuvieron moviendo muebles y se entendía cada cosa que decían

"Pequeño apartamento céntrico"

Ubicación en pleno centro. Instalaciones, útiles y limpieza bien.

Ubicados en la primera planta, se escuchaba mucho ruido del apartamento de arriba, caminar, abrir puertas, etc. Puntualizar la falta de ropa de cama adicional (manta). La cama únicamente cuenta con un edredón y la calefacción tarda en calentar, ya que se trata de un radiador eléctrico.

La ubicación era en pleno centro en una calle muy tranquila, el agua caliente y tanto la decoración como el aprovechamiento del espacio son inmejorables. El colchón es muy cómodo.

Estaría bien un secador de toallas porque para 4 días que hemos estado no se secaban al ducharnos de un día a otro. Se escucha todo, literalmente, cuando hablaban los de abajo o sus relaciones sexuales se escuchaban con pelos y señales. Por lo demás es muy buen apartamento.
