The pull out single beds we was a couple so had to sleep on the sofa bed

the view was great. the layout and equipment was good such as sun loungers and beach parasol, washing machine, microwave, the bed settee, storage, beds, dining table etc. open plan all good. the building itself was beautiful inside, such a lovely foyer and good lifts. secure building. The unit was a lovely layout, bright and spacious and good location.

mish mash of equipment such as random odd mugs and glasses, one wine glass not two. broken metal sharp handle on mop etc. The unit had not been cleaned and had the previous persons old dying flowers in a vase, greasy surfaces etc. The bath and bathroom sink was really dirty, with used toothpaste staining etc. Definitely hadn't been cleaned before we arrived although the fresh bedding and toiletries were present. We were tired and had to go out and find a shop for some basic cleaning and antibac spray and it was 5pm so after a long journey from Newquay, UK on plane then coach and a long walk with cases, just didn't want to make a fuss. Particularly inconvenient was that I had to wait at a cafe whilst Lee walked up to the agents about a mile away to complete paperwork and collect keys. The worse thing was he had to return keys 1am in the morning on Saturday night Sunday morning walking up the streets alone leaving me in the apartment with no keys and we had to then go to get our transfer which was late so we were worried if it didn't turn up we wouldn't have been able to get back into the apartment. This isn't the most efficient or safe way for handing keys to and fro. I would not have been able to agree to that myself and would have had to leave them in the apartment, If these issues were resolved, due to the location and the cost, I would enjoy staying there again. One other downside was that as we were on 9th floor not overlooked, had sea views, we were naked in the sun inside the apartment and the maintenance lift pulled up outside with a man on it looking right into the apartment with no warning!!
