Solicitamos na empresa responsável pela locação se poderia ter alguém nos esperando na acomodação, pois estávamos muito cansados, sem dormir, viajando há dois dias com malas e não tínhamos jeito de pegar as chaves na empresa e depois pegar um outro taxi até o apto. Então quando chegamos tinha uma pessoa nos esperando na porta do prédio para nos entregar as chaves. O apto atendeu nossas expectativas, era espaçoso, tinha todas as equipamentos na cozinha, a localização não poderia ser melhor, no Centro da cidade. Tinha supermercados e restaurantes pertos e bem pertinho do apto se encontrava a linda e preciosa Alameda Apodaca com uma vista maravilhosa da Bahía de Cádiz.

Desde que chegamos ficamos espirrando o tempo todo, e percebemos que era por causa do tapete que estava na sala, que estava muito sujo, cheio de poeira. Eu passei a vassoura e saiu muita sujeira, tirei foto e liguei para a empresa responsável. Falaram que iriam a conversar com a pessoa responsável pela faxina, pediram desculpas e nada mais. Ninguém veio retirar o tapete ou ao menos limpar. Isso foi muito frustrante!

Fantastic location, walking distance to Parque Alameda Clara Campoamor. Situated at the edge of the Cadiz' old center, it is a real pleasure to walk about all the tiny streets filled with interesting stores and bars and restaurants. Several good tapas bars nearby as well as several beautiful antique churches. The apartment was beautiful and quaintly decorated and felt very cozy. The attention allowed to us by Maria, the custodian of the apartment rentals was exceptional. Thank you Maria.

Cuatro días antes de llegar, te hacen rellenar en una web un formulario con datos personales de cada uno de los huéspedes, sin ninguna explicación de la finalidad de los datos, ni quien se hace responsable de ellos, además tienes que firmar un contrato con todo el contenido del apartamento, unas tres o cuatro páginas de enseres que dicen que están en el apartamento, tienes que firmar a ciegas pues no has visto todavía el apartamento. La llave la tienes que recoger en una oficina a 400 metros del apartamento. el personal de la recepción es muy amable pero que desagradable me resultó todo el proceso previo.

Location was convenient and the apartment looked attractive in the photos. The host also responded and arranged an additional cleaning visit after we reported the initial issues.

Unfortunately, the apartment was very disappointing and did not match the standard shown in the photos. Upon arrival we found dirty floors, hairs and an unclean shower. Even after we reported the issue and an additional cleaning visit was arranged, the problems continued. As we stayed in the apartment, we kept discovering more issues: dust and dirt under furniture and beds, visible dust accumulation on surfaces, and a significant amount of dust inside the sofa area where our child had been sitting and playing. We also found that some dishes and glasses had not been properly cleaned and had been mixed together with clean ones, which raised serious concerns regarding the overall cleaning standards. Another concerning issue was that cleaning products were left on the sink after the cleaning visit, despite a small child staying in the apartment. The bedding was also unacceptable: the sheets did not fit the mattresses and constantly came off, leaving large areas of the mattress exposed and making sleeping very uncomfortable. In addition, the apartment was much noisier than expected due to a bar on the corner. There was frequent loud talking, shouting and laughter outside, especially during the evenings and at night, which made it difficult to rest properly. During our stay, all of us started coughing during the nights, especially our child, which became concerning enough for us to visit a clinic and eventually move to another accommodation. We travel frequently and have never had an experience like this before. This felt less like an isolated issue and more like a general lack of proper cleaning, maintenance and overall guest comfort.

This property is very nicely decorated, has all the cooking equipment you could need, was very well located, and near to stores and restaurants. The bed was comfortable. Instructions were clear. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

It would have been nice to have extra garbage bags. We stayed a week , and only one set of bags was provided. Not a deal breaker.
