The location and the apartment are great. The beach and la Cubana snack bar next door are really convenient. Lifeguard station on the beachbright outside which is reassuring with young children.

Your instructions stated that we would be met atvthe property. This is not true. We had to hike up a big hill for a mile with our luggage to to Higueron hotel to get the keys. You should make it explicitly clear that guests have to go to the hotel first, then will need a taxi to the property. (Unless the hourly shuttle is running, which finishes around 6pm)

It is the second time I have stayed here this year. The apartment is a true gem. Amazing location. Great size. Very comfortable. The restaurant next door (in season)

It needs a lot of sprucing up. Since my first visit, the door to get in and the shower door have fallen off their hinges. The toilet flush comes off in your hand. Some mould is appearing. Pealing paint would fall off the wall each time I opened the front door. Trying to contact Higueron (host) was impossible. I arrived with no key (first time there was a safety box) took hours to finally get in. Nowhere to leave the key when leaving. Would have liked to have told them this personally but they do not answer their phone or emails.

The location of the apartment is amazing.

The arrival process is a mesh. Aftet the check in in the hotel lobby and taking a shuttle, you need to imagine where the apartment is, a map would be needed to avoid walking half an hour before finding it. I would recomment as well to provide the keys in the lobby, the codes provided were not matching with the case and this took further half an hour in the door before entering. Then the second evening there was a blackout and it never came back. So we spent the night in the dark and isolated in the beach.

Based on the time of year we went, a little paradise. I suspect that during peak season when the lounge chairs right across from the studio are full it could potentially be loud. That was not the case for us!

Amazing location on the beach. Very spacious apartment, great bathroom, bedroom and kitchen. Smart TV and internet as great too. Balcony was huge and outside furniture was comfortable.

Lack of communication regarding the parking situation. Uncomfortable balcony furniture. Some basic kitchen items missing.

I would like to thank the staff on the great entrance guide it was useful and you have to read it very well This might be the best or only room in front of the beach in Benalmádena and it is very nice place and might stay again

It is 7/10 due to below - AC noise is too much - curtains not useful - the noise upstairs is too much also - cleaning under the bed and sofa needs to be revised
