Bardzo łatwe zameldowanie , dostałam kod do drzwi oraz do skrytki na klucze . Na terenie hotelu basen (polecam) , w mieszkaniu całkiem czysto. W lodówce było wino na przywitanie , w kuchni dostępna sól, pieprz i oliwa do smażenia :)

Dużo komarów, słabe wyposażenie kuchni - urwana rączka od patelni , tylko 1 mały garnek do dyspozycji .

Nous conseillons au propriétaire l ajout d un étendoir à linge sur le balcon.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Good communication with the owner nice apartment had everything you needed and more washing machine kettle oven etc nice balcony area access to the swimming pool which wasn't top busy and private for the appatements. Close to shops and things to do perfect

The Apartment complex is near to a lot of ammenities. The market can be reached with a short walk. The beach and the town of Alcudia is not too far as well. There is ample free parking around the buiding complex. The pool was maintained well and cleaned everyday.

The host could think of providing some ammenities like shower gel and some wahing machine detergent, so that guests dont have to rush to the supermarket to buy them on arrival.

The location was good, within a somewhat former, run down resort that seems to still have a few hotel rooms, but is also rented out by private hosts. It is close to grocery stores (Spar), bars and restaurants. Lidl, which is a bit cheaper, is about 2kms from the property, the beach is a 1km walk where one can also stroll down to Alcudia Port. For us, we went for trail running, was the location the most important part but also the self catering facilities (see below, what we did not like).

The kitchen equipment is somewhat limited. The promised breakfast containers or a cutting bord were not available, no dish towels or small bonuses like salt, a little bit of oil etc. Even the 2 coffee pats which were left behind from the previous tenant were "collected" by the cleaning lady, who showed up about 2 hours after our arrival. Also, some washing detergent would have been nice, or functioning batteries in the remote controls for AC and television. The former might not work from the looks of it, but would have been nice for heading, during our stay. Also, I recommend bringing toilet paper, one roll is a bit little for 6 days, same as cleaning products, etc. if you travel hand luggage and do not want to go shopping first thing after your arrival. In general, some maintenance, painting the walls, cleaning the dead bug blood stains, or providing an extension cord for the 1 power socket in the kitchen would add value for visitors.
