Location in city centre. Close to main attractions, shops nearby. Good communication with the owner, smooth check in/check out.

Very noisy, apartment located near to local bar, so it was loud every night. Not very well isolated as you can hear guests from other apartments also noises from the hallway and the street. It was very hard to rest. The mattress on single bed very uncomfortable, every time you change the position the springs from the mattress makes huge noise so I was waking up during the night. On top of that the cleaning is very very average, shower looked like was not cleaned at all for months. Attaching photos as an evidence. For this price I would expect at least better cleaning service despite all other inconvenience.

Communication with staff is easy and effective. Cooling /heating system. Good cleaning. Nice fourniture.

Windows are so poorly insulated that you can hear noise from the street even with ear plugs. One day it was until 5 am, but usually stops at 1am. Given the price of the apartment, this is unacceptable as you can’t properly rest. Main bed is too small, we gave the main room to our child and we used the two small beds for my husband and I. Kitchen not well equipped if you stay for a week, it makes cooking a pain.

Great location, very comfortable and clean.

The car lift was difficult to manage and I think not many cars would fit in there.

The building

The location was fantastic, beds were comfortable and the shower was very good, all the advertised facilities were present. Instructions to gain access to the property were clear and communication with the host was perfect.

Hard to find anything to really dislike, there was a little noise in the street outside but usually by 11pm it went quiet
