Our apartment had all what we needed for a confortable stay. We received clear instructions on how to get to our place. We kept the contact with owner when we were in Madrid and got several usefull advices (for example where is the nearest market). Our room was clean, spacious and confortable for 4 persons. Building is situated near the metro station (aroun 5-6 minutes on foot) and bus stops. We are very glad that we chose this place. PS. Loved the selection of Spanish TV programmes - especially cartoons 🙂

The smell of tabaco and the condition of the rooftop (not allowed after 22h, in poor conditions, and lacking conditions to be there).
