La Casa Verde - Ruzafa

Location was fantastic for us, a very quiet area but walking distance to bars and restaurants in Ruzafa. The host was great with communication and gave some great recommendations of where to eat in the local area.

The apartment met our needs but was a little basic compared to others we’ve stayed in. For the price we paid, we expected a little more such as more toiletries and wine glasses. Just some small extra touches.

La ubicación es perfecta!! Estas caminando al centro de Valencia y a la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias . Es un studio con una cama, cocina y mesa para poder comer. Además de un baño muy amplio.

El estudio estaba cómodo y limpio. Y bien situado. Era amplio.

No me gustó el ruido de los vecinos de arriba, gente poco considerada y escandalosa. Y el colchón de la cama estaba muy blando y te ibas al medio.....

The location was very handy for getting to the Centre of town. It was also in a nice quiet area , which was handy during the Fallas festival. Roberto contacted us a few times to see if we needed anything. The free taxi to the apartment was also very handy.

I cant complain about the apartment except to say that maybe it was a bit expensive. Some hotels were cheaper but would have been further from the activity . All in all I would recommend this appartment.

A really nicely located appartement in Ruzafa, with a small kitchenette and a spacious bathroom, windows face the courtyard so it was quiet.

A constant bad smell from the sewage, we had to let the window slightly open to allow air flow. But it seems that the smell was not specific to this flat, many bars and restaurants had the same problem, probably due to heavy rain days before. The kitchen was a bit small.
