Die Sauberkeit, der Pool, Balkon mit Sitzmöglichkeit. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert. Die Ausstattung funktioniert gut. Wasserhähne, Toiletten etc. funktionieren gut, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Wir hatten festen Platz in der Tiefgarage. Kleines Problem wurde schnell und ohne Diskussion gelöst. Wasch- und Spülmaschine sind auch da, das macht einiges einfacher bei 2 Kindern. Ist 100% zu empfehlen

Die Strecke zum Strand beträgt 1,9 km und ist durch Ferienanlagen und Golfplätzen zu erreichen.

Era una zona bastante tranquila, la piscina no está muy concurrida y el precio por la estancia está bastante bien. Con el aire acondicionado se está de maravilla aunque no lo hemos necesitado mucho la verdad. El sofá bastante grande y tienes Netflix y Amazon disponible, ideal para desconectar. El anfitrión muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, además tiene plaza de parking.

Por decir algo, yo añadiría un toldo a la terraza y así se podría aprovechar un poco más. Necesitas coche para moverte por allí.

The pictures was nicer than the reality (specially the pool 🤣) The balcony is very nice

We been there mostly for the pool. I asked them before we go, if we can use it. They didn't answer on that, and when we arrived the parody started. Pool was half of green dirty water and keep telling us excuses for the 'stupid governments laws for the water ', the pool boy, find us another pool, two days of bla,bla.. And all the pools around was full,blue and golf clubs also green..! but at the end, (another two days lot of mails and bazaar)the big hurt of the French owner sent me 65euro.. bank transfer expenses I paid! All the rest was really wonderful 😊

The property is not clean at all also the air conditioning is not working with a bad beds and the cushions are so hard to fall asleep with and also their was insects
