"Perfect place to stay in central Oviedo"

A really beautiful flat that I thought felt bigger than it appeared in the photos. Spotlessly clean and modern, with an incredibly well-equipped kitchen with everything you could need - the owner had really thought of everything! I didn't use it, but there were even detergents to use with the washing machine, and likewise for the dishwasher. The living area was great for relaxing, especially with the Smart TV; the WiFi also worked well. The bedroom was a good size with plenty of hanging space and drawers in the wardrobe, and I found the bed comfortable. The building was quiet and I slept really well. The location is great for quick access to both the train and bus station, and a very easy walk to the main shopping area, or through the lovely park to the old town. The owner is delightful and was there to meet me with the keys as expected, and very easy to communicate with via WhatsApp.

La ubicación y el interior del apartamento: todo está impoluto y nuevo. No le falta detalle. Es una estancia muy agradable para ir en familia. Está bien equipada. Dispone de lavadora y productos para su uso. También, de tendedero plegable.

Isabel nos recibió a la hora acordada. Una mujer encantadora, nos facilitó la entrega y nos proporcionó cuna para el niño. También teníamos desayuno y lo esencial en el cuarto de baño. Todo perfecto, nuevo y limpio.

La ubicación es perfecta, cerca del centro. Muy completo en cuanto enseres. La limpieza del piso y el detalle del desayuno por parte de Isabel, la casera.

No ha habido nada que no nos gustara.....por sacarle un poco de punta.... cuidado con la ducha...se sale un poco el agua.
