Da distancia até supermercados e até a praia e do barulho de obras e de vizinho pela manhã bem cedo.

The owner Ana is very nice lady and responsive person, the apartment is clean, pretty quit area, there is enough towels for a week stay, lots of pans, plates, cutlery . Nice to have some spices and olive oil for cooking. The beach is 1 km away, back road is uphill.

Some maintenance needed, it’s a ground floor apartment, lots of ants all around kitchen and bathroom, need to be treated properly in all property . Also no kettle or coffee maker, the owner brought one after few days as we requested, water a bit harsh , lots of sediment. The reception is in near building, we went twice, no English speaking people.

Wonderful location, with small shop around the corner and cafe, the owner Amazing Women the sea wary close (15 min) walk, swimming pool liked my kids. Apartment was very good, inside was everything for cooking and some stuff for the beech.

La propietaria, Ana, siempre estuvo disponible y atenta a cualquier consulta. El aparcamiento es comunitario, pero cuenta con muchas plazas tanto dentro del recinto como en las inmediaciones del edificio. Aunque es un bajo, el apartamento tiene mucha luz natural y un encantador patio andaluz. Está equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Las piscinas y jardines son amplios, muy cuidados, y la recepción funciona las 24 horas. Dispone de dos aires acondicionados en perfecto estado, que incluso hemos tenido que encender en modo calefacción porque nos congelábamos 🤣. Colchones, sábanas y toallas impecables. Sin duda, repetiré.

Rien de bien. Il n'y a pas de parking, même si je l'ai payé. La piscine est à l'extérieur de la résidence.

Bonjour, l'endroit était au rez-de-chaussée et les fenêtres étaient étroites et petites. L'endroit était étroit et sombre. Il n'y avait aucune vue sur le jardin ni rien. Juste un mur devant et derrière.Ils ont utilisé un parfum fort pour que l'odeur de moisi ne submerge pas la pièce.La climatisation est également mauvaise et dégage une mauvaise odeur.

The apartment is very conveniently located: right from the airport, you can take the train, and after just two stops, you’re there. The way is a bit uphill, so keep that in mind if you're with a stroller. The apartment is small, beautifully and lovingly furnished, and spotlessly clean. Everything you need is provided—furniture, appliances, and essentials. It’s a 10-minute walk to the beach at a relaxed pace along a straight path. There’s a convenience store right under the apartment, just 10 meters away, and a café only 5 meters away. Excellent supermarkets are about a 15-minute easy walk away (really good ones!). We only used the train and found it easy to get wherever we needed to go. Anna is a very hospitable and friendly host who provided us with all the necessary assistance despite the language barrier. The reception is open 24/7, and the staff speak English. They can assist you if needed, for example, by calling a taxi. We had very nice experience staying here.

There were no serious drawbacks. Just a few things to note that are beyond the host's control—the windows are small and open onto a modest inner courtyard. Occasionally, residents upstairs would drop cigarette butts. At night and late in the evening, everyone observed quiet hours, though soundproofing is limited, so you can hear gatherings next door. The neighbors upstairs also have heavy furniture that they sometimes move late in the evening. If you are sensitive to smells, keep in mind that sometimes cooking odors come through the ventilation system.

The apartment owner Ana really lovely and helpful lady. She answered everything what we asked her .Amazing place to stay. All what you need is around .

The accommodation and the pool were great, the apartment was well equipped and clean (washing machine, air conditioning, microwave, toaster - everything worked well). The owner of the apartment, Ana, was very pleasant and communicative and was waiting for us at the apartment upon arrival. Swimming pool guarded by lifeguards (opens at 11.30 a.m.). Restaurant and shop in the building. A little further to the beach, we used the car, parking by the building was possible. The beach was clean and palm trees provided shade. We definitely recommend it.
