Location, size and facilities. The view was great.

It was a bit tired, and not that clean. Mopped the floor three times on arrival.

Location is perfect, lovely pool, great balcony with comfy furniture. Very spacious property, beds very comfy.

We just felt it was a little tired, especially bathrooms.

There was a smell in the en-suite bathroom (the suite is a bit tired) Noisy dogs in other apartments

Amazing accommodation perfect location would not fault if at all. The only thing I would say needs better information on getting to your apartment as it’s a very big complex and doesn’t go in block order

We liked the size of the apartment, the position in the development, the views from the balcony, the location to the seafront and Duquesa Marina and Sabiniallas. The double bed was very comfortable, Useful having a dishwasher and washing machine

Some of the fixtures and fittings are quite 'tired'. The door from the kitchen to the balcony doesn't lock. No working safe. Bad smell from main bathroom towards the end of the week. It was inconvenient when we were trying to leave at the end of the week that the remote for the garage door didn't work. Luckily there was another resident in the parking area
