La ubicación y los kits de desayuno, agua y limpieza.

La incomodidad de la cama (por una parte estaba combada y te tiraba hacia afuera) y el sofá cama muy incómodo. La tele no funcionaba y la cadena de la cisterna se enganchaba, en una ocasión, los vecinos tuvieran que cortar el agua.

The appartment

Buena ubicación. Fácil acceso y bien equipada

The house was really near the center, within walking distance (max 10min) of every point of interest in Seville. We were well received and our possible necessities were met. The key delivery, airport transfer, and other services we acquired from Rafael were done seamlessly and accommodated to some scheduling problems originated by the flight. Rafael was also always ready to help if we ever had any problem or doubt, which was also really helpful.

The kitchen counter was a bit loose, which could've cause some inconveniences if we hadn't seen it. The upper kitchen cabinets weren't very easy to open and we were afraid to break them or the other wooden structure they were stuck on, if we forced them a bit. Finally, while we didn't need to use the freezer, it was full of ice and wouldn't close, which I believe should be looked at.

the owner is a very friendly man. very helpful and gives you all kinds of information. Was a small but cozy apartment. we are satisfied with our stay
