La ubicación perfecta

El apartamento estaba sucio, súper húmedo y frío. La ropa se mojaba de la humedad.Los filtros de la máquina de aire estaban tan sucios que ni arrancaba…quedó clara la falta de mantenimiento. Los propietarios muy insistentes con el pago de las tasas antes de salir, para después hacerte ir a dejar llaves y nada más. Unificar sería una opción.

"Appartement très bien situé avec un très bon accueil"

Accueil irréprochable,très agréable ,donne des conseils pour passer un beau séjour…. Très bon emplacement pour visiter Minorque, plages,supermarché et resto à proximité à 5 mn du centre de Ciutadella…..50 mn de l’aéroport

Logement fonctionnel, très proche de la mer et des restaurants. Facile d'accès et facile de se garer (hors saison). Boite à clé et prêt de matériel de plage si besoin.

Insonorisation du logement très légère, il y a une belle piscine mais nous n'avons pas pu en profiter car trop tôt dans la saison

"Séjour agréable pour un bon rapport qualité/prix."

Hôtes accueillants et réactifs. Prêt de jeux de plage pour les enfants ce qui est un plus. Possibilité de laver le linge avec mise à disposition d'un lave-linge commun. L'accès à la piscine commune de l'établissement et la localisation à proximité de la de la Cala en Blanes qui est une cala super sympa accessible rapidement à pied depuis le logement. Facile de se garer devant l'établissement.

Insonorisation peu satisfaisante. Un lave-vaisselle serait un plus.

"Bon séjour malgré tout.."

Une cafetière ménage,plus de vaisselle et casseroles. Épingles à linge, des supports serviettes. Une bonde lavabo et baignoire. Télévision aucune chaîne française.

Appartement avec 1 chambre , cuisine et salon assez grand Bien placé à côté de ciutadella , des magasins, plage à côté

Sol Pas propre du tout. N'a pas été lavé à notre arrivée On avait réservé un appartement avec une avancé toit terrasse et on s'est retrouvé avec un mini balcon à l'étage. Piscine pas en service Isolation pas top La villa à côté un peu bruyant
