La ubicación, el silencio en la habitación y en el edificio en general.

Que el piano no estaba afinado, jajaja. Había un piano en una de las habitaciones, de sonido tenebroso.

El apartamento es muy amplio y dispone de todo lo necesario ,gran nevera con congelador ,horno ,vitro ,menaje etc...

El aire acondicionado

No tiene sentido como apartamento q vas a descansar con tanto ruido simplemente hablar,la t.v. del vecino se oye,y tuvimos musica alta y voces, paredes de papel,la habitación del dormitorio junto al salón del otro vecino, tuve mala suerte,pensé q al ser de lux,sería mejor por las fotos.dentro del armario q es un vestidor regular con cables sueltos,el ventilador sucio se lo deje limpio, pero me quede la noche sin dormir y los sofas demasiado desgastado no pude usarlo para dormir,ya q en el dormitorio se oye a los vecinos jóvenes q estaban como una discoteca,el pasillo del portal entraban y salían varios jóvenes, Y no sirvió hablar con ellos.

Un poco de frío... Estuvimos en enero y una colcha un poco fina (son de verano) en las habitaciones solo en la grande hay aire acondicionado y los baños un poco fríos también
