Close to beach and town

The fact that we booked a three bedroom apartment and only got a two and we had to move apartments mid week to another 2 bedroom which was 200m away( but they did take our luggage there) . Due to them double booking.

The size

Tiles in shower a lot on floor was missing or lose to the point they come off Electric trips every time you put it on Bed was very hard to the point of being uncomfortable Light switch broken Not enough towels for 3 people they only put towels out for 2 people

First of all, the details are unclear on exactly where the location is to pick up the key and where the air b and b is located... HAVING TO WALK ALL AROUND TORREVIEJA ON A TREASER HUNT. where I'm unsure the prize was worth it. The girl on the desk was very rude and unhelpful had no care. A person in our party speak English and Spanish the girls still didn't give clear POSSIBLE WHY SHE ON NIGHT SHIFT information or instructions when ask numbers of times. Was told there was a pool on site which there is not. Please be careful when booking here.....
