El Dorado Cozy Studio With Balcony and Pool

reception area was ok.pool area was good.

studio was basic,and in need of up dating, cupbords were old and paintwoork scratched,wardrobe doors only closed if you closed both together,curtains to balcony were too long with hem undone catching our feet occasionally[ok later because my wife sewed the hem together].kitchen was small and had trouble using more than 1 appliance at a time.no fire extinguisher ,no fire alarm ,no smoke alarms[poor] no warning stickers on the glass patio doors,no aircon , no fans ,reluctant to open the balcony doors during the night due to the noise and constant smell of canabis being smoked,I did not realise this was not a proper holiday complex.cannot understand how it was rated 9.5certainly not based on the studio.

The apartment was just right for us with a good pool area, it was situated in the best area , right next to our favourite strip of bars and restaurants, The host Gianluigi was very nice and communicated well regarding check in and out and provided pick up from airport

Nothing to dislike

Well equipped studio for long term living: fridge, microwave oven, etc.. Very good location: lots of restaraunts and supermarkets near, two black sand beaches and wonderful ocean embankment in 5-10 minutes walk.

Sometimes it was a little bit noisy at night (loud music from bar), but not disturbing me too much. Please make note that no cleaning is done during entire stay.

The apt was clean and very well provided for with everything u need . The pool area was excelllent with no issues getting a lounger.The bar staff were friendly . Special mention to the host Gianluigi.who was very helpful and answered all questions prior to our visit. He went out of his way and had an extremely pleasant and friendly demeanour. Would highly recommend this apt. Will be back next year for sure

Location was good, good grocery stores were very close. View was good and pool was nice too. Kitchen was well equipped, etc
