Location excellent and the rooms were spacious. The balcony was a nice addition.

The location was very good, close to the beach, supermarkets and yumbo center.

Warm water only a few minutes, after which you have to wait for it to warm up, the tap water in the kitchen is reversed (almost burn me) very weak internet, you have no sign to put on the door not to be disturbed, once cleaning lady try to get inside without any polite notice, she just open the door 😂

It could have been great for us that stay a longer time and need to work meanwhile that Wifi works and that more tv channels where offered, at least in the Universal language that most people know: ENGLISH ;-)

The location is perfect close to the beach, restaurants, supermarket. The pool area is very good and very quiet. The hotel itself is very quiet and many of the guests are solo travelers, without families or children, which I think is great because I love to travel alone too. The reception is always closed most of time but Davi is always around if we need anything. I would like to thank Davi for helping me with some problems I had in the apartment and helping me with my luggage on my way out. He made my stay at Caroni better than I expected.

A little disappointed overall. The apartment urgently needs an upgrade. Very hot during my stay. Could have a fan available as there is no air conditioning. A little street noise at night, maybe because we have to keep the windows open because of the heat. I found the kitchen equipment very poor despite having the essentials like plates and cutlery, but no cleaning material, no kettle and toaster, no salt, sugar, oil. The wifi connection is very poor. I could only connect on the apartment's balcony and even then it was very weak.

The staff were very helpful, especially David at the reception 😀

The wifi connection can be unstable, but perhaps it was because I had the farthest apartment from the emitter.
