Fantastic location, close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the beach. Owner was very helpful and accommodating. Good facilities provided in the apartment.

Minor issues such as the knives being too blunt to chop food. Bought a sharp knife and left it in apartment for next guests. No tea towels provided. As I said just minor things.

perfect location close to beach, shops and bars. really spacious, plenty of storage, crockery, glasses, iron, washing machine. nice terrace for 2 people to sit out, then a large outdoor area on the same floor. Good quality sofa bed in lounge. home from home

there was no air con or ceiling fans and the apartment was absolutely stifling in the evenings which made it very difficult to sleep, the owners had put in a rotating fan but it didn't really help. later/earlier in the year this would not be a problem.

good location, very clean, all facilities we needed for a week away including a washing machine.

can be a little noisy with the hustle & bustle from the restaurants below however we enjoyed this atmosphere and everything was quiet by 11pm

Wonderful apartment in Los Cristianos town centre. The atmosphere out on the terrace and around is lovely, it is above local restaurants so you will hear joyful chatter in the evening but there are no car noises. There is plenty of kitchenware for simple cooking and making coffee. It is a short walk to the beach and was perfect for a one week stay.

The location is in the middle of a pedestrian zone in Los Cristianos, a short walk from the harbour and beach, with a taxi rank three blocks away other side of the main church square (nearest drop off point). The third floor flat has a small balcony, seats two, that gets afternoon sunshine. The area is busy, surrounded by restaurants and shops, including small supermarkets but noise drops after 11pm. Access is on the level and the lift works. There is also a communal roof terrace with an area for hanging up washing. Location perfect, flat simply furnished, slightly tired in areas, but clean and everything works including washing machine, toaster, kettle, hot water. We did not bother with the tv. Wifi works best when in 'line of sight'. No condiments/oil/etc. but detergent and washing liquid are supplied. Ideal for a couple. Property photos accurate.

Very minor stuff - the sofa seat cushions need repositioning daily, the handover for keys was a little uncertain (you leave the keys in the flat on the day of departure at 11.00hrs, just pulling doors to). The recycling and general waste disposal is up steps to the parallel street above or down the steps off the church square to large sorting bins to receive all waste, no recycling waste facilities in the apartment building or pedestrian area. Noise from surrounding diners sitting outside always quietened down around 11pm. No safe, but the flat seemed secure enough and sliding snibbed wooden shutters allowed secure ventilation to bedroom at night.

Our host was super nice and helped us to get in so late at night. The room was great with quite patio and a comfortable sofa and bed. We found extra blankets and towels - the accommodation was really well equipped
