The beds in bedroom were very comfortable, the facilities in the property (laundry room, grocery shop, reception, garbage room, car rental, etc) were quite sufficient to survive for a week.

Apartment was dirty, several things did not work - wc was leaking, shower was leaking, kitchen needed persuasion to start working, sofa bed was far from comfortable for sleeping. Neighbors had barking dogs, poor sound proofing in the walls. Someone was smoking in neighbouring rooms and it was stinky. No pool towels, no sun beds, no slides were working, most of swimming pools were closed despite indications that those would work.

Excelent position, with a lot of interesting places for family to see nearby: Paloma park, the beach, selwo Marina.. Apartment is well equipped; the dishwasher machine was a pleasant surprise The owner is very helpful, he provided extra set of towels for us to be easier to manage, having the kids. Also he provided a crib which had an additional mattress and also sheets, which we appreciated. Overall good communication and quick response / availability Even if the apartment doesn't have direct sea view, we enjoyed very much the mountain view while taking the breakfast on the terrace; you can also see the teleférico.

The vacuum cleaner is not working properly, we could clean more by sweeping. The bedroom has a common wall with a room where there is a faucet used by the cleaning lady to clean the hallways; it makes a terrible noise, impossible for kids to sleep during the day in the room. The lady works 9-17, we talked to her and she was really nice, agreeing to use the faucet only in the afternoon. Electrical network is quite weak as we couldn't use 2-3 appliances at the same time. It is possible there was an overuse during our period of stay, as many neighbours were renovating. All of these were after all manageable as we found our way around and didn't affect our trip significantly.

We got a whatsapp message from the property to collect keys from reception

Not really that sound proof, and the large pool was only open one day a week

Room was very clean and had a great location for the price.

Pool was good but not all of it was open.
