Bedroom with double beds, kitchen, bathroom, the size of the balcon, the pool is nice and in a good location. Good size closet, beach towels were a nice addition.

The cleanliness of the couch and pillows on the chairs outside - need a proper cleaning after someone with a poor highness was obviously sitting there. No laundry rack. No big glasses. No air-co, it was too hot at night, even in October.

Good location, 5-7min walking distance away from Playa del Duque and 1min from a minimarket and restaurant. Also close driving distance to attractions such as Siam Park (15min drive). Well equipped kitchen, washing machine and lots of storage space.

The apartment should be renovated as its age is starting to show now (stained/scratched walls etc.). The sofa/couch is stained, falling apart and very uncomfortable, the terrace table and chairs are the cheapest plastic and completely weathered to a dirty grey, the view in the photos looks nice but in reality that's a very small part and mostly you see an abandoned building site, stone quarry and hippie camp... The bed is two single beds that cannot be completely joined and there is always a hole in the middle which is very impractical for couples/families.

Super friendly host and beautiful location. The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything needed. I would definitely stay here again!
