Location très bien placée// au centre et tout ce qu'il y a à visiter.

Il serait temps de remette un peu de neuf dans cette location: tache d'humidité partout, des toiles d’araignées.... Meubles cassés. Nous avions pris petit dejeuner...ce que nous avons trouvé dans le frigo ne valait pas ce que nous avons payé... Aucune âmes dans cette location Je n'ose même mettre les photos prise dans la location... moi même je fais des locations, je n'oserais pas louer un appartement dans cet etat

It is not for older people. There are two very steep stairs that were not warned about. Breakfast, sanitary conditions, and the quality of toiletries are at the very minimum and do not correspond at all to the price of the apartment. I estimate the service received will be 80 euros per night. Nothing more.

The only thing I enjoyed was the location.

There was no breakfast included as advertised. The owner ignored my messages about this, I messaged 12 hour later and said I would include in the review to which he replied immediately and became quite irate and rude towards me. There is black mold in the bathroom under the sink, it's a legitimate health hazard. The water pools out of the shower and into the bathroom and the hallway - very easy to slip and fall so be careful. There is also water leaking from the ceiling upstairs into the living room. The air conditioning goes off every 5 minutes and makes a loud buzzing sound. The entire place was quite dirty - the bed had extra pillows, but they were missing sheet covers and had stains on them. We had booked parking, but had trouble accessing and getting into the parking - so we parked on the street which was free as we could not figure out how to get into the building - another reason the owner seemingly ignored my messages. Honestly, it was a disappointing experience. I wish I had a nicer review to leave, but the way that this was handled through booking.com as well as the owner, really left a sour taste.

The location was very ideal, very close to the Plaza de España and just a short walk to the center of the city, it is on a very quiet street. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact if needed, and the check-in process was very straightforward. The apartment itself was very nice and the facilities were all functional and as described in the listing. The kitchen was great, and it came stocked with food and cooking supplies, which I very much appreciated. It is also very nice to have such a beautiful courtyard in the building leading up to the apartment, this meant that at night it was very quiet, no noise from outside. I would recommend this property to others visiting Seville.

Nothing comes to mind really, a very ideal stay.
