"Cèntric i amb parking"

Apartament amb pàrking bastant cèntric, ampli, net, ben equipat i amb plaça de parking.

La baixada al parking no és fàcil, però es pot fer. Millor cotxes que no siguin molt llargs. Els dies que obre la penya flamenca del costat hi ha una mica de soroll, però soportable.

Buona la pulizia il parcheggio e la vicinanza al centro

Da rimodernare la tv e il bagno ,installare aria condizionata nelle camere, con 45 gradi all’arrivo avrei voluto almeno una bottiglia d’acqua fresca

La ubicación del apartamento es genial, muy cerca del centro y de la estación de trenes. El aire acondicionado del salón

Mucho calor en las habitaciones, no tenían ningún tipo de ventilación y ahora en agosto pasabas muchísimo calor. El ruido en la habitacion (la que daba a la calle) se oía todo y la otra habitación se oía bailé de flamenco

La ubicación es muy buena y el anfitrión tuvo una comunicación excelente en todo momento. Todo estaba en orden. El aire acondicionado funciona bien, al igual que los ventiladores de techo, lo cual se agradece en días calurosos.

Por poner alguna pega, el aire acondicionado hace bastante ruido y la alcachofa de la ducha no funciona del todo bien, aunque se puede usar sin problema.
