Strange drainage smell in the corridor and lots of noise from above but that ended around 12pm

We had a very bad experience with these hosts and the apartment. We are a family of four - 2 adults and 2 kids. Upon our arrival, only the bed in the bedroom was prepared. The sofa was not prepared for the kids, only sheets were provided, pillows and blankets were missing. Guests should prepare the sofa bed themselves - the management explained that this is normal practice and we should not expect the sofa to be prepared by the hosts!?!?. The girl who made the check in didn't know where we could find pillows and blankets. The WiFi doesn't work. We found some ants in the bedroom and bathroom. A welcome package was provided - 8 packs of tea and 2 packs of sugar. The cleanliness is not at the required level - the table was dirty, the sofa - with bleached stains, the towels - with stains. The hosts were very rude and unprofessional when I contacted them to solve the problems in the apartment. Avoid Valcambre apartments! Nice photos but awful apartment.

Worst experience I've ever had with a booking. We scheduled early check-in for 13:00 the day before. The same morning I was communicating with the property and asked how long before they need us to tell them the exact time, they said 1 hour, and at 12 I updated we'll arrive at 13:10. Until 14:00 we stood at the street hoping for them to answer. Eventually when we managed to call them they said they need to send someone, it will take 40 minutes, and kept saying that formal check-in is at 15. Which is ok if they told us this before, but they confirmed our arrival time. Eventually even after 40 minutes no one came, and again they said that formally its 15 anyway do they are not obligated to anything. We waited about two hours, and they didn't even apologize. I would expect booking.com to remove this listing. *Note that you can't come at an estimated arrival time, you have to be there at the EXACT time (only later I saw other reviewers complaint about it as well ) *Note that the main photo of the terrace is in fact a shared roof for the whole building. *Electricity only works while you're inside the apartment, so Aircon and phone charge etc won't work while you're outside. *Photos are overselling the place, it's nice but there are plenty of better apartments in Seville I would recommend.

The apartment was really like what you see in the pictures. Smartly designed for a minimal size. T the staff are very communicative and attends to every question and concern

The WiFi was a bit slow.

The apartment was lovely, clean and modern with everything you need. The location was great, a 2 min walk to the nearest bus stop, and a nice walk into the main centre (20 mins).

Fernando, our host, was very friendly and helpful. The apartment isn't located in the city center, but it is well-connected by public transport. The terrace on the top floor offers a beautiful experience in the evening.

The capacity of the electricity meter should be increased; the power has been disconnected due to overloading Upon our arrival, we checked for a drying rack. Fernando searched extensively for it in vain and promised to bring it to the apartment the next day, but it was never delivered. The air conditioning in the bedroom is rather noisy; additional pots would be useful, and the sofa bed is quite unpleasant.

Large, bright rooms. The apartment is very clean, equipped with everything you need. It is a pleasure to walk through the narrow streets to reach the main tourist attractions.

Very good location, good access to busses, 2 min walk to busstop. Clean, good facilities. Very good value for the money. Host friendly, we have been welcomed very well. Good AC. Very nice rooftop terrace with shower. Shop 30sec walk from the property.

We have been provided with one set of keys, maybe there was a chance for a second set but we didn't ask at the beginning. You need a key to the main door to the building either to let yourself in or out so to us it is a safety red flag in case of emergencies. Especially with one set of keys. I would advise everyone to ask where to empty the bin if you are planing to stay longer as we didn't and had to leave full bin behind unfortunately. We tried to contact the host and the person who welcomed us the day before check out however we didn't get any response. The sofa bed was average.
