Smell of mould which is most probably natural thing in old buildings.

Location was great, walking distance to the plaza nueva and alhambra and the train station. Really good cute eateries within a stones throw and excellent communication from the host.

The bathroom to the larger bedroom wasn't the best as the top overhead shower wasn't working. But we were able to work with what we had so wasn't a major issue.

Charming, all facilities, very Granada

Walking distance to Alhambra, old town and Albacain. Sitting room felt spacious although both lounges need cleaning and the throws covering them are tired and stained. Beds were comfortable and sheets clean.

The address in booking.com is two blocks away from where the property is. The parking is not close and is 18 euros per night not 9 euros as per the property information. I had to call the host on the morning of our stay to clarify directions as he had not responded to my message. The property is tired and in need of repairs to electrical points, showers, broken toilet seat, chipped mugs (there are only two) not enough crockery or cutlery for three. The aircon worked, but after a time started to drip/stream water down the wall onto the shelf and onto the lounge, we had to turn it off and it was very hot. The bathrooms are in need of a deep clean and renovation. The noise from neighbours is hit and miss, we were kept awake very late and again very early the first night, the walls into the restaurant next door are thin, the second night was not so bad. I don’t think we could recommend this property.

Beautiful, cozy and extremely comfortable house just 5 minutes walk from the historic center of Granada. Excellent location, equipped with everything one needs for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended.
