Atico Levante Torre Montecarlo

Immaculately clean , very modern and beautifully furnished . It had all mod cons you would need in a holiday rental. It was very secure too, including private parking accessed by a key fob. Pool area is very pretty .

One tiny criticism , the patio door was so clean I walked into it! We told the key holder they need a transfer on it (flower etc) just to show the door is closed .

Excellent very nice lady

The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, with a nice view from the balcony and even from the bathroom, showcasing the mountains in the background. It is conveniently located near a supermarket, making it easy to pick up essentials on foot or grab food to go. Additionally, you have your own parking spot. The owner was nice and professional, and when we had a small issue, she resolved it very quickly.

A lovely apartment. The owner was very friendly. Very clean and tidy.

Not so much a dislike as a point to note. The apartment is on the 25th floor which was fine for us but may not appeal to all. Also, there are no limiters on the windows so I wouldn't take small children

Location, stunning views

Pillows were uncomfortable and the shower in the en suite bathroom didn't work properly, the shower overlooked a block of flats and there was no cover on the bathroom window for privacy.

Spotlessly clean, great location.
