"Very disappointing - especially for the money we paid"

The shower floor was literally falling to pieces and had clearly been in that state for a long time. We had to use the brush to sweep all of the sharp pieces to one side. This also made it very obvious that the shower floor had not been cleaned before our stay, and likely for some time, because the pieces were not swept up. We also found ants everywhere in the property, including on and in the bed. We decided to pack up and drive home at 10pm on the night of our stay because we didn't want to cut our feet in the shower or share our bed with ants. I have photo/video evidence of the shower floor and the ants. There was also a lot of dust around the room on the floor, it didn't appear to have had much of a thorough clean and certainly had not been mopped thoroughly.
