Apartamento céntrico con vistas a la Ría! garaje, ideal 2-4

Everything was great: the location, the property condition, amenities etc.

However there were minimal toiletries: only the liquid soap, and some shampoo probably from the previous guests. Also it was only one tablet for the washer and only 2 tablets for the dishwasher. If it is a regular practice for the Bilbao area, at least it has to be mentioned on the website. That is why I put 9 out of 10.

The host was very helpful and welcoming, very friendly and also made himself accessible if had need of him during our stay. The apartment was very spacious and overall very comfortable; the choice of two bathrooms was very welcome along with a spacious lounge.

My comments here are very subjective as it is a personal critique. I would have liked more supplies in the kitchen, it isn't unusual nowadays to have, tea/coffee/ sugar/ milk; usually left after by other guests and the possibility of spare pillows to afford more options around comfort levels at bedtime. Again, this is a personal comment, others may not be bothered by these issues. I write it only in comparison with our stays in other places.

The apartment had everything needed and was close to the attractions. Our host met us and provided a welcome orientation to the apartment and area. Much appreciated. Communication prior to our visit was also very good. The apartment is very spacious.

Jamie was very helpful, great host. The appartment is large, very comfortable, well appointed.

Being so close to the old town was ideal. It is a large and comfortable apartment with two good bathrooms. Being met by Jaime was a great help. Having parking (for a fee) was essential for us in Bilbao as we needed to make a trip out. While in Bilbao everything we needed was in walking distance.

The apartment is a little old fashioned and dark.

Poor bed, interior a bit old-style and traditional..multiple issues with the lock of the front door.

Very spacious, nicely decorated (some lovely art work). Excellent location. The staff that welcomed us, were really friendly and extremely helpful.

Very spacious flat located near the city old town. Everything you need (shops, food hall, tapas bars) are close to the appartment, also everything you need inside. Big parking spot in the underground garage for €10/day is also a good option. Great contact with the owner.

A little bit dark. There could bo more daylight inside the flat.

Very disappointed we could not sit out on the terrace as this is what we paid extra for. Falling debris coming from the building work made it unsafe and dangerous to use.

We had a warm welcome from Jaime who directed us to the underground parking and then helped us take our luggage to the flat which was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped and furnished. The location was excellent, very close to the old town and only 20 minutes walk to the Guggenheim. The wonderful market was less than 5 minutes walk.

The only improvement would have been an electric kettle.
