Spacious apartment, well equipped, clean and nicely decorated.

Good location, comfortable space. Nice that there was some fruit and water on our arrival.

Newly remodeled apartment

Mold & sewer smells, Very loud car noise! This apartment is beautifully renovated and in a good location for shops and walking but unfortunately is on a narrow street with old and ugly apartments. Every 2 minutes or so whenever any motor bike or car drives by it sounds like a train is rambling through the room. Worse is the mold and sewer smell coming from the bathroom and kitchen. My wife and I booked 4 nights but checked out after 1 night. Both of us developed sore thoughts and clogged noses. The "manager" refused to compensate us and said the apartment is "sound proofed" and that the air circulation system stops the smells... Hahaha! We would rather lose money than stay there, and we left after 1 night!!

perfect location and design of.the unit..... I was not expecting the apartment on the same level as.the street., and there it was. street is very quiet so this is not an issue.

room has no windows. AC unit is not very good.

Very clean, comfortable, modern design, well equipped. Excellent central location.

Nothing. However, note there are two steps up to the sleeping area which might be a problem for someone with mobility issues

Lovely clean comfortable Apartment in central Santander. Easy to find and convenient entre. Public parking nearby.

I dont think I had realised it was open plan so best not to be getting up to make breakfast at 6am while your partner is sleeping!!
