Very good apt with perfect location

Wi-Fi signal is low, but doesn’t bother

excellent accomodation for upto 8 people. Towels and separate beach towels provided for use. Comfy beds

Could do with more mirrors in the bedrooms.

Fantastic location in the town, really close to beach, harbour and many great restaurants and bars. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, quiet and secure. Great comms from host re check-in. We had a great stay and would return.

Amazing location, very central for beach, restaurants, nightlife and shopping. Very spacious apartment, even with 6 people we felt we had lots of space. Beds were comfortable, the showers were hot for all 6 of us to shower, the kitchen and apartment generally was very well equipped for a rental and the Jana our greeter was really helpful with information and tips. We loved our stay.

The only small negative was the outside gate. It was very difficult to open sometimes but we always managed it.

Very central in location - superb for seeing the sights of Alicante.

There was a real problem with the entrance gate to the property - they key was very difficult to use and didn’t seem to sync with the lock- you really had to jiggle the key in the lock to get it in the position to open the door - this really needs attention - took fifteen minutes one day to jiggle the key in the lock to finally open the entrance Also same issues coming out of the main gated door - had to pass the key to a person walking past and ask them to open lock - took him a while to do this. Air conditioning was not working - the bedrooms did get quite warm in the nighttime. There were a couple of other very minor issues that can be implemented - a travel kettle and a small toaster are of little use - a full size kettle and toaster would be more appropriate. One of the party commented on a very creaky bedroom door which woke up others in different rooms The last 3 issues are minor complaints that were only commented upon but the key remains a big issue.

Central location in old town was perfect for public transport, eating out, etc. Comfortable beds and suitable washing facilities sufficient for our group of 6 adult males. Lift to the fourth floor for ease of access.

Lounge/diner area comfortable for 4 adults. Key locks at main entrance awaiting maintenance (fiddly). No fire escape.

Location excellent. Staff efficient and friendly. Very clean. Great value for money

Tricky to open gate and main door of building

Really lovely apartment in a great location. Very clean and comfortable.

Minor issues - main light did not work in one bedroom- loose connection and so flickered. Coffee table in living room v badly designed - we repeatedly caught our shins on the sharp corners on glass top. The doorbell/ buzzer at the street entrance does not work.

The location was great with many restaurants and shops nearby. The beach and many attractions were within walking distance. The supermarket was just nearby. The apartment was comfortably big enough for 8 people.

The garbage had to be taken down and thrown into public bins quite far from apartment. It was just inconvenient to walk to public bins holding the garbage bag.
