Nuevo junto a Catedral

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of a nightmare, especially on such a special occasion as New Year's Eve. From the moment we stepped in with our two children, it was clear that the room had not been cleaned. The floor was filthy, the dishes were dirty, and to our horror, the bedding was used and unclean. The shower drain was clogged, and the towels provided were stained and dirty. But the worst part was the owner's response when we brought up these issues. Instead of an apology or an attempt to rectify the situation, we were bluntly told that if we didn't like it, we could leave. This appalling attitude and the abysmal condition of the room ruined our festive evening. I strongly advise against staying in these apartments. The room was dreadful, and the owner's attitude was even worse. A total disappointment and a sure way to ruin any holiday experience.

I liked when checkout arrived, I couldn’t run out any faster. This place was horrible. I didn’t get any sleep it smelled so bad.

I collected the keys from a random convenience store clerk that the property decided to leave the keys with. As soon as I asked the clerk any questions, he said he had no information on anything, that he was just supposed to hand an envelope with keys over. The bedroom smelled like mildew/mold. The sheets and pillow cases were full of hairs/stains, and looked slept in. The closet (which was 5 inches from the bed) had stinky pillows/comforters that barely let us sleep. The bedroom door handle was broken and on the floor when we arrived. There was no floor towel for the shower, and all the water came spilling out on the bathroom floor. Worst of all, the hosts did absolutely nothing about it. Not a mention about our complaints, not an apology. Nothing. This host is completely unresponsive. I had to call booking.com in order for them to respond to any of my messages before checking in.
